Please read this document carefully before using the 4300 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all terms set forth herein. These terms apply to all platform users in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing or using the 4300 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set forth in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.
Continued use of the 4300 platform after any changes to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. The platform is intended for users aged 18 and above only. Users under 18 are prohibited from registering or using any services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the operator of the 4300 platform. Any disputes arising from use of the platform will be resolved according to the relevant laws of Malaysia.

Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is allowed only one active account on the 4300 platform. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full name, valid phone number, and email address. Registering with false information or on behalf of others is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without notice.
Password Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your account password and login details secure. Do not share your password with anyone, including family members. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact 4300 support immediately. The platform is not liable for any losses resulting from user negligence in safeguarding their account.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
Permitted Use
4300 platform users are permitted to use the services for personal entertainment purposes only. You agree not to use the platform for illegal activities, fraud, money laundering, or any conduct that violates Malaysian law. Any attempts to hack, manipulate systems, or exploit technical vulnerabilities are strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Conduct
Users are prohibited from: (a) using software or automated methods to place bets; (b) colluding with others to manipulate game outcomes; (c) creating multiple accounts to fraudulently obtain bonuses; (d) spreading misleading information about the platform to other users; and (e) using someone else’s account without permission. Violations may result in suspension or permanent closure of accounts.
Validity of Use
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the 4300 platform complies with the applicable local laws. The platform provides services to users in Malaysia and operates under the stated terms and conditions. Any questions regarding the legal status of platform use are the user’s responsibility to seek appropriate legal advice for.
Payment and Transaction Information
All deposit and withdrawal transactions on the 4300 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform accepts common Malaysian payment methods including bank transfers, e-wallets, and other options displayed during the deposit process.
Users must ensure that deposited funds come from lawful sources. The platform may require identity verification documents before processing withdrawals, especially for accounts making withdrawals above certain limits or exhibiting unusual transaction patterns.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed in your account settings. These limits are subject to change without prior notice. Withdrawal processing time depends on the payment method chosen and can take between one to three business days. Withdrawals to local bank accounts such as Maybank, CIMB, and RHB are usually faster compared to other methods.

Under no circumstances will the platform be liable for loss of profits, indirect damages, or consequential losses suffered by users from using or being unable to use the platform, including internet connectivity issues or device problems.
The platform reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate user access without prior notice if there is justifiable cause such as fraud, abuse, or violation of terms. The platform’s decisions are final regarding any account suspensions or closures.
Intellectual Property and Content
All content on the 4300 platform including logos, brand names, interface designs, text, graphics, and software are the exclusive property of the platform and protected under Malaysian intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit this content without prior written consent.
Links to third-party websites that may appear on the platform are for informational purposes only. 4300 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those external sites. Users access such external links at their own risk.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
4300 reserves the right to amend, add to, or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on the platform. It is the user’s responsibility to review the terms regularly. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updates.
